There are few TV personalities that are loved more in the United States than Oprah Winfrey.
The woman has become an idol of religious magnitude for a large majority of the United States, as they worship the ground she walks on.
She has even developed her own multimillion dollar TV channel that rivals some of the most watched news channels in cable news.
Oprah, to her credit, has become a symbol for America.
She has used that to her advantage to promote politicians like Obama and Hillary Clinton.
And for decades, during her reality TV shows, Oprah was pushed as the down-to-earth, honest, and kind host who just wanted to look out for both her guests and her viewers.
Well, come to find out that’s not the case, as there’s new allegations coming out against Oprah Winfrey that would make your jaw drop.
Cindy Crawford treated like “Chattel”
Most people know Cindy Crawford as a successful supermodel and icon of fashion.
And you will be hard pressed to find someone who has had a more productive career with modeling, and even acting, than Cindy Crawford.
She has made an appearance in over a half dozen movies since the late 80s.
And she is one of the most profitable supermodels to ever strut her stuff.
But if you don’t know Cindy Crawford through modeling or her movie career, you probably know her as the hot model that was in the classic Superbowl commercial for Pepsi in 1992.

And even though she charted a lot of her own success, many people believe that her career took off when she appeared on the Oprah show.
But her time with Oprah wasn’t all rainbows and sunshine as many would expect.
In fact, Crawford claims that Oprah treated her like “chattel.”
During an episode of The Oprah Winfrey Show back in 1986, Crawford was on the stage as part of a model agency.
And while Crawford was standing there, Oprah started to make weird comments about her beauty.
She told the audience, “Did she always have this body? Stand up just a moment. Now this is what I call a body!”
Crawford was recently asked about these comments by Oprah and she stated:
I was like the chattel. Or a child — be seen and not heard. When you look at it through today’s eyes when Oprah’s, like, ‘Stand up and show me your body.’ Like, show us why you’re worthy of being here. In the moment, I didn’t recognize it. Only when I look back at it and I was, like, ‘Oh, my gosh, that was so not okay, really.’ Especially from Oprah.
Can you imagine if Oprah would have said this in today’s day and age?
Or even worse, can you imagine if a man said this in 2023? He would be canceled in an instant.
