Senator John Fetterman (D-PA) hasn’t been the same since his mid-campaign stroke.
Fetterman has been unable to complete sentences, let alone lengthy campaign and Senate speeches, and routinely makes one embarrassing gaffe after another.
And he also missed over five weeks of Senate work because he claimed he was depressed.
